Friends:

An exciting new program is underway in Argentina that seeks to further understand and protect golden dorado. Fran Mariani (Fish Simply) is spearheading this effort that has brought in Andy Danylchuk and a team of UMass researchers. I regretfully could not make the launch of the research effort earlier this month, but the crew enthusiastically reported placing the first-ever tag on a golden dorado!

The program has some great support, and Patagonia is even making stickers and shirts (along with other support), but help with funding and getting the word out is still needed. An Indiegogo campaign is running at the link below, and spreading the word via social media would be greatly appreciated.
